What parquet renovation without sanding costs.
Prices for work in which the wood is not sanded: deep cleaning, protective care coating and recoating with a LOBA 2K system on the existing surface. Every item is listed separately, so it is clear what you are paying for.

This price list applies only to work without sanding the wood.
If the protection is worn through to the wood, the wood is grey or there are dark stains in it, this price list does not apply — then sanding is needed and the price is formed differently. Where the boundary lies is described on the page when sanding is necessary.
The amounts include the work, the LOBA material for the stated application and VAT. They apply to work carried out in Slovenia; for work abroad a separate price list applies, which we confirm before the job starts. The minimum charged order is 25 m².
Four routes
What is actually done and what it costs.
The routes are not grades of the same job. Each one solves a different state of the surface, so cheaper does not mean less thorough, it means less work.

What the price includes
- The work and the LOBA material for the stated application.
- Preparing the surface for the chosen process.
- A test area before work on the whole surface.
- Removal of packaging and material residues.
- Instructions for the first care and for the time until full load.
- Value added tax.
What is charged separately
- Moving the furniture — a one-off item, regardless of the area.
- The roller for the 2K application, when the chosen system needs it.
- Sanding, gap filling and skirting boards; these works are not part of this price list.
- Replacing damaged boards and repairing loose elements.
- Removing old waxes or siliconised layers when several passes are needed.
- Work on stairs, landings and demanding edges.

When this price list does not apply
When the finish is worn through to the wood in several places, the wood is grey or fibrous, there are dark stains in it, elements move, or the surface has been treated with unknown care products that prevent adhesion. In these cases work without sanding will not last and we will not offer it, even though it is cheaper.

A different price list applies then.

Is the price for renovation without sanding final?
No. The price list is a starting point for an indicative calculation. We confirm the final price after photographs or a site visit, because the extent of preparation and the real state of the surface only become clear then.
Why is every route more expensive than cleaning alone?
Because cleaning removes dirt and the old maintenance layer, but it does not restore the protection. If the finish is worn, after cleaning it is still worn — only clean.
Is renovation without sanding cheaper than sanding?
As a rule yes, because there is no removal of wood, no gap filling and no long preparation. It is not a substitute, though: when the finish is worn through to the wood or the wood is grey, sanding is not a choice but a condition.
What does the minimum charged order mean?
Travel, preparing the room, mixing the material and cleaning the equipment take the same time on a small area as on a large one. A smaller room is therefore charged at the minimum area from the price list.
Why is 2K Contact a separate item?
Because it is an adhesion primer and not a top coat. On its own it does not form a finished surface; a top coat system is always applied over it.
Is the material included in the price?
Yes. The amounts per square metre include the work and the LOBA material for the stated application. Only moving the furniture and the roller for the 2K application are charged separately.
Does the price include VAT?
Yes, the amounts in the price list include VAT.
