Process
From diagnosis to the correct LOBA layer.
Solution as specified in the TDS
For stripping, dilute CareRemover 1 : 4 to 1 : 6; a 1 : 10 dilution may be sufficient for isolated marks.
Work in sections
Apply the product sparingly, let it work for a short time and treat with a suitable pad.
Immediate extraction
Immediately extract the dirty liquid with a wet vacuum; do not allow it to enter the joints.
Neutralisation and drying
Wipe the surface with clean water and apply the new treatment only on a completely dry floor.

When should this route not be used?
CareRemover is not intended for bare wood that is not water-resistant. A more aggressive pad is not always better: coarse abrasion can scratch the finish.

Can I use CareRemover on oiled parquet?
The TDS specifies CareRemover for water-resistant lacquered floors and other approved surfaces. Oiled and waxed systems require different processes.
Why is a wet vacuum important?
Dissolved dirt and old film must be removed immediately. Ordinary wiping may simply spread them across the surface.
Does deep cleaning remove black stains in wood?
Not necessarily. A stain under the finish or in the wood itself is no longer surface dirt and may require repair or sanding.
