Data controller
The website operator is Denis Šol s.p. For questions about your data, email catez.apartma@gmail.com.
Enquiry data
The form may contain your name, email address, location, floor area, type of parquet, selected product, description and photos. This information is used only to handle your specific enquiry and communicate about possible work.
FormSubmit
The form transmits the data through FormSubmit to the operator's email inbox. FormSubmit states in its documentation that submissions are archived for 30 days; attachments are not accessible in that archive. Before submitting, you can read the FormSubmit privacy policy.
Remembering your email
If you explicitly check "Remember email on this device", only the email address is stored in the browser's local storage under the key obnovaParketa.savedEmail.v1. It is not transferred to parketmojster.si or sent anywhere until you submit the form. It remains stored until you select “Forget email”, delete the site data or use private browsing. Scripts from the same origin can technically access this storage.
Attachments and safety
The interface accepts up to five JPG, PNG or WebP images, with a combined limit of 10 MB. The browser limit supports the user experience; the external form provider applies its own restrictions.
Video content
Official LOBA videos do not load automatically. A connection to YouTube is established through the following domain only after you select a preview: youtube-nocookie.com; the provider may then receive technical data such as your IP address, browser details and viewing time. If you prefer not to share this data, do not play the video.
Site usage measurement and cookies
To understand how the site is used we use Microsoft Clarity: session recordings and heatmaps of clicks and scrolling. The purpose is to improve usability, not to link anything to the content of your enquiry. Text typed into forms is masked; even so, do not enter data that is not needed to assess the floor. Details are in the Microsoft privacy statement.
By default we measure without cookies. Until you give consent, Clarity writes nothing to your device; as a result it cannot link two of your visits and every visit counts as a new session. If you choose “Accept” in the banner, Clarity sets its two cookies _clck and _clsk. If you withdraw consent we delete them immediately and measurement returns to the cookie-free mode.
We store your choice in the browser’s local storage under the key obnovaParketa.consent.v1, so the banner does not ask you again. The entry has no expiry and stays until you clear the site data. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” button in the footer of every page. We do not load advertising analytics.

To access, correct or delete data submitted with an enquiry, email catez.apartma@gmail.com. For security, we may need to verify that your request is linked to the email address used for the submission.
